      ISAC RULES CHANGE

      At the Missouri meeting the ISAC committee was charged with updating the rules regarding equipment, specifically dart points. The changes are in section 2.2, the addition of a sentence, « All points, no matter the material, must have sharp points that will penetrate the paper target and backing. Blunt points are prohibited, as they can easily destroy the target faces with just a few throws. 10/6/18” and a new third member of the ISAC committee was appointed, David Patterson, replacing Jon Wood. (Appendix A, Rule 6.3b)
